| I'm suprised Rockferry didn't kick off. Birkenhead did, and i discovered this morning that my mates dad got a kicking then he got a kicking and while he was in hospital they set fire to his car  Also maccies charing cross got it's windows smashed through. | |

| It said on the newa that Cameron was allowing use of water canons today (why in the blue hell he didn't let it happen from the start is beyond me the fucking prick) but that may have prevented some of the trouble tonight. | |

| This will burn itself out very quickly anyway, shortly what'll happen is the vast majority will start to put pressure on the disruptive minority, and they'll realise its a futile thing to pursue.
It can't last. And more over the government need to stamp it out to give the International Olympic Committee some sort of confidence that they can deal with public disorder on a large scale. | |
